Reconfirmation by the Team Entries
We discussed that the national ski teams need to reconfirm their attendance by event, name
and gender directly with the OC.
Preliminary event entry by name and gender needs to be in the hands of the OC, by Friday February 9, 2007.
FIS will indicate this in an official communication about the schedule.
The OC needs to also communicate directly with all of the teams and ask them directly to confirm back with the OC.
Snow Making
The OC has two additional Snow making guns plus the snowmaking system on the present
slopes.
Weather Report
It will be cold and snow this week. Beyond this short time frame, perhaps the we will
return to similar conditions and systems that have effected Europe this season.
Snow Control
The official Snow control dates will be 14 days from the first day of competition, which
is February 20, 2007 (20.02.07).
2. REGISTRATION
Check-in, team registration, Race Headquarters and the team captains meetings will all take place at the:

“Conference Center” located in conference building near Spinale Cableway the base area of Madonna di Campiglio ski resort
Team registration will take place daily starting on Sunday from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. at the Conference Center.
To be eligible for participation in the 2007 Freestyle FIS World Championships each competitor must be a citizen of the country from the National Ski Association he or she has a license and prove this with a valid passport (art 8.1).
Passport will be checked as part of the entry procedures.
The maximum team size is: (art. 9.1.4)
- 32 participants with a maximum 18 of either gender plus the competitors according art. 9.3 (reigning Champions)
- Maximum entry per event, per gender is 4.
- Number of officials up to;
3 competitors: 3 trainers 2 doctors* 2 technicians
4 or 5 competitors: 4 trainers 2 doctors* 3 technicians
6 to 14 competitors: 5 trainers 2 doctors* 4 technicians
*) Medical personnel includes doctors, physiotherapists, first aid people. The figures of up to 14 racers per sex applies to all nations. These quotas include the national team officials (team captains, etc.).
3. LODGING / MEALS
The Organizer shall provide lodging at a cost of CHF 100.00 (€ 63.50 Euro) half board per person, per night in a double room in the hotels in Madonna di Campiglio area.
Accommodations will be provided starting the night of Sunday, January 21st, through Sunday, January 28th, with departure the morning of January 28th 2007.

HalfPipe Teams: January 19th 2007
Moguls, Aerials, Ski Cross January 20th 2007.
Any teams requiring an early arrival (prior to January 20th, 2007) should contact Tourist Office at tel. 0039 (0) 465 447501 to make their own reservations.
Each team will be held responsible for any damage incurred during their stay.
4. TRANSPORTATION
Teams will be responsible for their own transportation to and from Madonna di Campiglio Ski Resort.

5. MEDICAL AND DOPING
If any question or protest arises as to the gender of the athlete, the FIS shall assume responsibility for taking the necessary steps to determine the gender of an athlete. Anti-doping control is required and will be conducted for each event and gender.
